Hilton Pharma Chem has been making Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical wellness products since 1999. What began in a small workspace is now a purpose-built plant in Sidhpur, Gujarat, producing more than 300 formulations for brands across India and abroad.
We are a contract manufacturer. We do not compete with the brands we make for — there is no Hilton house label sitting next to your product on the shelf. Our job is to take a formulation, ours or yours, and make it the same way every time, at the volume your market actually needs.
Most of what we make is for pain relief and everyday wellness: ointments, oils, syrups, powders, tablets and capsules. The pain range alone runs across nine different formats, from a balm to a capsule, all produced under one roof.
Some partners come to us with artwork and pick a formulation from our library. Others arrive with an idea and nothing else, and we build the product with them from the first sample. Both are welcome, and both get the same attention on the line.
That makes us one of the top third-party Ayurvedic manufacturers in India rather than a newer plant chasing the same claim — twenty-five years trading, certified without interruption since the Sidhpur facility opened in 2016.

The current Hilton Pharma Chem facility is built from the ground up and begins operations — designed around automated filling and pack-out rather than retrofitted for it.

Certified from day one
The new plant holds GMP approval, an FDA manufacturing licence and ISO 9001 certification from the day it starts running, not as a later upgrade.
